Jaisalmer - Inside the Golden City

After an eternity (well, 10 months, frankly) of projects whose scope perpetually pushed the envelope, accompanied by the ever-smaller envelope of timelines, one pined for a long break. Just when it seemed the right time (mid-March) to .....

Kasol - The Haven To Choose!

It all started with yet another research and discussion with my friend about the village we wanted to hit this time in Himachal. Himachal has always been the desired state of mine, I mean to the extent of it being comparable to the incomparable beauty of Colorado or.....

    Kochi - The Culture Curry!

From the time you land up at the Kochi Airport, you know that you have come to the right place. The plane lands in Kochi and you walk down to the Airport which seems like a resort entrance. The Kochi Airport has a colonial feel to it with tiled roofs that is unlike any airport we had seen in re.....

    Lakshadweep - The Barefoot Beach

As the plane lands on the narrow airstrip in Agatti Islands in Lakshadweep, what completely jolts your mind is the colour of the sea here. It’s a mix of turquoise on one side and sea green on the other with hints of coral below the almost transparent water. It’s enough to take your .....

Triund and Ilaka - Up Above the World So High!

Triund and Ilaka combined is a 2-day trek from Mcleodganj and/or Dharamshala. The trek to Triund is fairly easy compared to other treks and first timers can manage doing this trek (if unsure do take a guide). If an onward trek to Ilaka is being considered we would advice being escorted by a gui.....

56 Km from the Pune city lies the neat little town of Satara. The name Satara was given in ancient times due to the 7 hills that surrounded the city. The highway stretch onwards from Satara is a truly wonderful drive and one can keep a steady speed of 80-100 for about 15-20 minutes at a stretch.....
